This Busy Manufacturing company is looking to hire a Multicell operator on the second (4:00 pm - 12:00 am) and/or third shift. (12:0 0 am - 8:00 am).  What is the Multicell Operator Accountable for?  Responsible for learning and running a variety of equipment to support production cells including twinners, tape wrap machines and braiders  Able to operate multiple pieces of equipment   Able to use measuring tools and equipment in order to meet required tolerances  Able to manufacture product to specification  How does the Multicell Operator Collaborate?  The multicell operator position maintains communication with production managers, production leads, and fellow associates in order to maximize quality and output.  What is the Multicell Operator Empowered to do?  Effective communications skills  Ensure safe work practices and adherence to established safety procedures  Ensure quality of work meets all required specifications  Drive for continuous improvement  Criteria for Success:  Mechanical ability  Read measuring tools  Ability to read/write work instructions, specifications  One or more years in a Wire and Cable Manufacturing environment is a plus.
